Role Overview:
- As an SDR Manager, you will lead and mentor a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive outbound lead generation efforts.
- You will be instrumental in enabling your team to exceed quotas, refine processes, and foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.
- This is a unique opportunity to shape a team that fuels our growth and transitions SDRs into future sales leaders.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor SDRs to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, call coaching, and training on tools and best practices.
- Prepare SDRs for future roles within the organization through skill development and career planning.
- Monitor and provide actionable feedback on cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ensure SDRs effectively identify and reach out to the right personas with compelling messaging.
Process Optimization:.
- Work closely with AE, marketing teams to maintain seamless lead flow and process alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft impactful campaigns that enhance lead quality.
- Ensure leads meet qualification standards before passing them to sales for conversion.
Forecasting & Reporting:.
- Lead outbound forecasting efforts and maintain key performance metrics.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
