Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  
• Process home loan applications, including documentation, disbursement, and follow-ups with customers.
  
• Identify potential business opportunities by cross-selling relevant products such as insurance policies or other financial services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in banking operations or related field (preferably in mortgage loans).
  
• Strong understanding of home loan processing procedures and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines for case closure.
