Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through regular visits to their homes.
  
• Identify potential customers for home loans and mortgage loans.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess property documents and verify loan applications.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
  
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in housing finance).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
  
• Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, NBFC regulations, and financial products.
