Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in digital marketing and web design services. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients across the digital services landscape.
Job Location: Baner-Balewadi, Pune
Salary: Open for Right Candidate
Experience: min. 1-2 Yrs
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Preferred: Marketing or digital services-related specialization
Experience
  • 2+ years in marketing and sales of digital marketing services
  • Proven track record in selling digital marketing and web design services
  • Strong experience in lead generation and conversion
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify and target potential clients in the digital marketing and web design service sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns
  • Utilize networking, cold calling, and digital outreach methods to expand client base
Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Grow and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting small to mid-sized B2B clients
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and client needs
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for digital marketing and web design services
Client Engagement and Conversion
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with potential clients
  • Provide detailed presentations of our digital marketing and web design service offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final contract
Essential Skills
Sales: Lead generation, relationship building, deal closing
Communication: Clear client interactions, persuasive presentation
Technical: Understanding of digital marketing and web design services
