We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing projects, driving client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Job Location: Baner-Balewadi, Pune
Salary: Open for Right Candidate
Experience: min. 4 Yrs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Relevant digital marketing certifications, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing
- Experience working with clients from diverse industries and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a common goal
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates
- Create compelling narratives and presentations to showcase the value and impact of digital marketing efforts to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including web design, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, to develop and execute integrated digital strategies
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in managing digital marketing projects and teams
- Proven success in driving client satisfaction and account growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of business objectives and how digital marketing can support them
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics
- Experience in managing web design projects and collaborating with design teams to ensure seamless execution
- Familiarity with a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality, constantly seeking opportunities to drive business growth and improve processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs
