Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Leasing of commercial projects (Golden Bell) to the right set of clients.
• Well equipped with technical/marketing skills and company product knowledge i.e. complete brief about all the products and services offered by Panchshil, updated availability for all the projects etc.
• Develop a plan in line with the leasing target and prepare weekly activity chart to meet agreed targets as well as company objectives.
• To generate fresh Walk-Ins for all the sites as per Business Plan through various sources.
• To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure timely handover and to provide best in class services.
• To regularly meet all the RECs and International Property Consultant to improve relationship and in turn generate more business for the company. - On an average minimum 5 RECs and IPCs daily.
• Inform them about updated availability and latest pricing about all the products
• To conduct market research on monthly basis in order to identify new launches, market requirements for current and future products.
• Classify Assigned REC basis previous Closure, Walk-ins, RECs Background and past interaction, Identify REC who can contribute towards leasing business.
• SM should find out potential new RECs/IPCs basis on the location, clientele and focus more on those RECs and should focus lesser on the RECs/ IPC or relocation companies who are continuously giving business.
• To show the project and close the transaction after discussing with the owners.
• Identify new sourcing alternatives to increase the leasing business.
• Monthly Performance Discussion in line with KRA assigned
• To be regular touch with the owners and keeping them informed about the status of leasing of their units
• Registration of the agreement
• Daily MIS Circulation (Individual DSR, Daily REC Tracker, BBM update)
Daily Responsibility - Leasing Manager
• Day Starts at 9.30 am
• Team Huddle -9.45am (Discussion on Previous day, Plan for the day, Leasing numbers)
• Move out for REC Meeting – 10.15 am.
• Meeting 5 REC and maintain relationship with them
• Showing the project & closing the transaction
• Registration of the agreement
• Daily Tracker Maintenance
• Update on tomorrow planned meeting and activity
