Billing Executive

We are hiring this role under Third Party Payroll.

Role & responsibilities

1. Vendor Bill Processing:
• Process vendor bills accurately and efficiently through SAP software.
• Ensure all vendor bills are processed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
2. Coordination:
• Liaise with external vendors to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the internal finance team to ensure timely processing of payments.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all financial documentation and billing processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of processed bills and approved budgets for audit and review purposes.
