Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently while providing general information as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, reorder supplies as necessary, and ensure a stocked and organized front desk.
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols (sign-in/sign-out, badges, etc.).
• Handle client inquiries, provide information about real estate listings, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings as needed.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, faxes, and messages.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
