Front Office Executive / Receptionist - Female

Role & responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the office, and provide necessary information.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (receptionist activities).
• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone handling abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good Communication skills and language command on Marathi ,Hindi & English.
• Immediate Joiner would be preferable.
• Must have Basic Computer knowledge .
