Urgently Required : Accounts Executive/ Accountant /Accounts Officer - MALE

Job Locaion : Pune - Baner

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and accounts reconciliation.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices.
• TDS/GST returns filing of company/group companies and calculations.
• GST audit/ Annual return filing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally,) and MS Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
