Role & responsibilities

• Identifying and attracting prospective Tenants.
• Negotiate leasing terms and Agreements.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with Tenants.
• Designing Leasing strategies to optimize tenant mix.
• Filling vacancies promptly
• Conducting Market research and competitor analysis.
• Drafting and managing lease agreements.
• Monitoring Tenant performance .
• Ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Collaborating and coordinating with marketing & operations Teams.
• Preparing leasing activity Reports.
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Handling Tennant Grievances and disputes.
• Staying updated on retail trends.
• Maximizing mall revenue.
• Managing Tenant turnover and Exit formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Experience

• 3 - 7 years of experience in retail industry; with at least 3 years in leasing.
