Maintenance Supervisor

Job Title: MEP Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Supervisor)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
2. Manage and schedule MEP technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Review blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and provide guidance to the team.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
6. Ensure that all MEP installations meet quality standards and comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
7. Monitor and manage MEP project budgets, including procurement of materials and equipment, to control costs and minimize wastage.
8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on complex MEP systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
9. Conduct training sessions for MEP technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of new technologies and techniques.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all MEP installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
