Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and interview process.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand.
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS/HRMS to track and manage candidate information.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience - 2+ Years
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Experience on hiring IT Infrastructure positions (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
