Admin Executive

• Role & responsibilities
• Handles all communication systems telephone, data cards and SIM Cards.
• Responsible for Tickets bookings and arranging accommodation for official purposes.
• Responsible for corporate office admin-related works
• Provides PPEs as well as issues of ID cards, uniforms, raincoats, dairies etc.
• Handles and processes all admin-related bills
• In charge of stationery requirements & other material requirements in the corporate office.
• Handles all celebrations and meetings in corporate.
• Maintaining stock of Stationary & Pantry items in the corporate office
• Other Day to Day Activities assigned by the Admin Incharge/ Head HR from time to time

• Telugu, Hindi and English must be Spoken
