Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Office administration including petty cash handling, Stationery, Shuttle service, etc.
• Facility management, taking care of Housekeeping, Security, Water supply, etc.
• Travel management including local cab booking, air ticketing for local & international, hotel booking, Visa process, etc.
• Vendor management and Inventory Management.
• Coordinate & support for HR related activities like employee engagement.

Desired Candidate profile

• Candidate must have 3 - 5 yrs of relevant experience
• Communication in English is must
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
