What You Will Drive:
Paid Media & Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on measurable outcomes like conversions, lead generation, and ROI, continuously optimizing campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI and regularly track and optimize campaign performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to create targeted campaigns for key customer segments.
- Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns combining paid media, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI) and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Lead content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the Cars24 brand voice.
- Write engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages tailored to various customer personas.
- Optimize content for SEO/SEM to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with creative teams (designers, videographers) to ensure visually compelling content aligned with brand strategy.
Channel Awareness & Customer Education:
- Drive strategies to educate customers about Cars24 services, including buying, selling, and financing used cars.
- Lead campaigns highlighting the value propositions of Cars24, focusing on convenience, transparency, and trust.
- Map customer journeys and provide relevant educational content across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with customer service to create FAQs, tutorial videos, blog posts, and social media content that address customer pain points.
- Organize and promote webinars, live Q&A sessions, and workshops to educate customers about Cars24 services.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for new products, special offers, and regional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitors to inform GTM strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams for successful GTM execution.
- Optimize customer journeys from acquisition to retention, ensuring seamless user experience.
Customer Insights & Analytics:
- Drive the use of customer data to optimize marketing strategies, focusing on customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns.
- Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and more to improve conversion rates.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience:
- 6-8 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, and content creation, ideally in e-commerce, automotive, or tech.
Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO/SEM, email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Analytics: Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a creative approach to content.
Budget & Performance: Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
Industry Knowledge: Automotive industry familiarity is a plus.
Customer Education: Understanding of content marketing and customer education strategies.
Marketing Tools: Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and automation.
