I applied via Approached by Company and was interviewed in Oct 2024. There was 1 interview round.

Round 1 - One-on-one

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Word Ladder (Leetcode)

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewer was almost same experienced as me, but lacked the ability to judge an interviewee based on the approach of solving problem. The interviewer was only looking for me to arrive at the top voted solution on leetcode instead of the approach I gave. Given the fact the question was hard level and I have never seen the problem, it was unfair for him to assume I would arrive at the most optimised solution within an hour. He didn't show any interest in the approach I gave.
