Interview Preparation Tips

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I was embarassed at the questions I was asked. Also on questions about my age & understanding of the role. I was not prepared & had no clue what answers d for this interview & was tongue tied at his questions. I was not ready for such questions & had no answer to give to the interviewer.
Tips: - Always always read up on the company culture, vision & the place before attending the interviews

- Read up on the role your applying & talk to people that have worked in that role to get a deep understanding of the subject

- Do a mock interview with an experienced mentor to help you tackle difficult situations & stress situations

- Never show nervousness & lack of confidence incase you cannot answer a lot of questions. Even if the answers might not be 100% right, be confident. This gives the interviewer the impression that you are clear
