Then Manger said will share the feedback with HR. So, called the HR but she keeps on disconnecting the call (the reason for mentioning it here) is no matter if a candidate is not able clear the round but at least respect their time or interest too. If they appeared for interview they must be seeking opportunities so its their right to know the feedback. This can be least expected form HR to give the feedback after the interview rather than bluntly cutting the call after round is cleared.
HR represent the Co. and its management. If HR is just making you appear in interview but doesn't gives feedback and Ghost you shows where the management stands & company behavior towards interested candidate.
Whatever I have mentioned is absolute true and it doesn't matter I was rejected but bluntly cutting the call after Interview is just so disrespectful.
Such a bad experience. All the best who actually joins the company.
