Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly you get an auto generated email that the resume is SHORTLISTED and when you gofor the interview, they take your name and number in the reception and make you wait for long long hours and then they call your name and make you fill a form and literally make you wait and make you nervous like anything . And without any interview they just shortlist some random names to say tada bye bye! Their HR System of shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews is pathetic! They literally make people wait for hours and just demotivate them after spoiling an entire day behind an interview. People come with some positive expectations. Requesting the company Human Resource Team to give prior notification on email id resume is SHORTLISTED or not.
