Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had an interview with Mr. Devinder Chaturvedi for U.P. location in 2019. and he asked me all Political question on Congress and BJP. after that he reject me due to not matching political thinking.
i am MBA and have very good experience in sales and Home furnishing Sales and very good knowledge of Northeast, North, central and south india.
and i was surprised, Mr. Devender selected to Mr. Rajeev.
Mr. Rajeev was my colleague and he was office boy in Swayam India.
but Mr. Rajeev have a very important qualification that he is Congress supporter and Mr. Devender likes this. because Mr. Devender know that Spaces is a very big brand and anybody can sale easily.
so i am asking this, only congress supporter are allow or this is wrong culture in professional life?
Many recruiter/HR/NSM reject me and also select me with proper reason. and i agree with all but Mr. Devender was very cheap manager.
