Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interviewer was taking data scientist interview and I'm working in the same domain in fact on the same product they have but still that interviewer was unable to understand my answers and thinking I'm not giving proper answers (may be something which is written on google response or chatGPT response). So my advice will be don't need to have any hope It will be your luck if he/she can understand your answer or not.
