Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently had an interview with WalkingTree Resources Pvt. Ltd. and unfortunately, my experience with the HR department was quite disappointing. During the interview process, I was given several commitments and assurances regarding the role, compensation, and other benefits. However, after further discussions and follow-ups, it became clear that these promises were not genuine.

The HR representative, Khushi Jain, Shailender Rana, Himani, Ankit Yadav, Gaurav Kumar assured me of certain conditions that were later contradicted by the official offer and subsequent communications. This lack of transparency and honesty has left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I believe that integrity and clear communication are crucial during the recruitment process. Candidates invest a significant amount of time and effort, and it is only fair that they receive accurate information. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future candidates are treated with the honesty and respect they deserve.
