🔴Pros:
Money is the only thing I.e. good salary

🔴Cons:
Heavily tortured by area managers
They treat like animals
Some may get earlier health problems like BP etc by the torture given by area managers
Work life balance is fully negative
Work timings: 9:30 AM to 12:00AM almost 12-15days and rest are market days
(Some times rude manager makes us to sit more than 12:00AM also he needs to brought to light about his illegal deeds and stringent action to be taken against that arrogant and annoying manager)
No peace at all
No ethics, managers does not have ethics at all

🔴Conclusion:
First these so called as AREA MANAGERS they take us as granted and treat us like dogs first of all they don’t even no the ground work we do and give the unrealistic targets and they make us do unethical things like dumping products ( without informing to dealers) and moreover they talk about INTEGRITY which they don’t have at all first these area managers need to be hanged on the grounds of illegal things they carry out and they should give motivation to employees instead they talk bad words on employees
