Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Resume based shortlisting initially.

Round: Interview
Experience: 3 rounds of interviews (15-20 minutes each)
 All topics were Metallurgy related
 Heat transfer, Phase diagrams (very basic Fe-C diagram), FEM-based technical questions, are concepts asked.
Tips: If they look interested in a particular aspect, pursue it, and drive the interview.
Be ready to be grilled on the things mentioned in your resume.
 For consulting companies alone (McKinsey and BCG), look at certain case studies. The book "Case in point", is a really good source.
 For most other core companies (like Reliance, Tata Steel, etc.), refreshing Iron and steel and Mechanical Metallurgy courses will help a lot.

Experience: Questions were based on basic maths and english but time duration as per level of questions was very less. I was hardly able to attempt 90 question.
Tips: Firstly attempt questions from the topics in which you are more comfortable. Don't spend much time in thinking.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: As I am from statistics background ao they asked me questions from regression and inference in depth. Rest all question were from basic stats. And yes they ask question from everything what is there in your resume.
Tips: Be ready for question from everything what is there in your resume and prepare them in advance.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was easy and hardly last for 10 min
Tips: Be confident on whatever you speak and prepare for general HR questions in advance.

Experience: The round was of 1 hour

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: 10 people per group

General Tips: This company, as I understand, is looking for future managers. No technical preparation is required as didn’t ask a single question related to academics. You just need to convince them that you are ready to do whatever they want you to do in the company be it coding or data entry and depending on your luck and soft skills you will get through.
Skill Tips: Cut off is 8.

Experience: One written test. It contains three sections. Each section is of 20 minutes duration.
Tips: Prepare well with general aptitude and have some basic technical knowledge.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The topic may be any technical topic or any general matter.
Tips: Maintain your voice pitch, be clear with what you are talking and listen to others also.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: He also gave me a situation and asked me how I would react.
Tips: Be realistic with your hobbies and interests. Do not bluff anything.

Skills: Good technical skills., Good communication skills.

Experience: It had 3 parts: Data manipulation, number series and calculations.

Round: Test
Experience: Technical test on C. Typical questions on what will be the output of the program.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Questions were based on various areas of CSE, especially Programming languages and thesis work. Questions on Database connectivity in Java , CGI, DFA, DMA etc were also asked.
Tips: ISL works 80% in java and 20% in C. Thus, prepare Java well before appearing for the IBM-ISL. Must have basic knowledge in databases, Operating systems.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: In the group discussion the group was made up of 8 people and they told us to select the topic ourselves. The group discussion is mainly about whether you can speak up in a group or not. For example, in our group they selected all eight of us for the next round so it is not like they will eliminate some people. It all depends on how much you speak.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Interview
Experience: In the technical interview they asked to write a program on Fibonacci series. Also they asked simple questions on assembly language and database related theory. It basically depends on your branch. As I was from computer science they asked me some questions on those subjects. But basically they will ask c++ to all branches and they will ask theory from subjects of the branch of the candidate.

Round: Interview
Experience: In the HR interview the questions were standard such as strengths, weaknesses and where do you see yourself after a certain number of years. Also they asked why do you want to work for accenture. Basically all the questions were questions from any HR interview.

General Tips: My first suggestion is that you should read a book on c++ before the interview. The questions from c++ will be basic only. If your branch is computer science then they will ask some questions from other subjects also otherwise they will ask you questions from your branch subjects just to see how you respond. Another important thing is to be confident during the interviews and to speak up.
