They just want to pass the time and get lakhs of money per month. Talent acquisition team has done terrible mistake by taking fresh phd,post doc at high salary. They are struggling to survive in industry culture. All They above manager have some back up but I feel pity for p 0 people who starts their career. This is a sinking ship and I resigned just hardly have 5 days for my last day. I really regret for joining here. Management is good but they don't know who is suitable for this buiness. I feel very pity for the investor,Management, junior people who joined recently. Better they can give the entire facility to some client which will fetch them good money. The current infrastructure in reagent generation can make more than 50 crores business due to lack of knowledge and awareness Management didn't get 1 % as return on investment. Only God and time must say this Department. I will never come back again good bye.
