If your test paper get shortlisted by the Technical experts, there will be a technical f2f/skype round for 1 hr. Where your technical skills in the field will be analyzed by technology experts.
If you are through in the technical f2f/skype interview, the final round will be hr round.

After filtering, if you are worth it. You will be selected for the respective role.
