Experience: Subjective questions were been asked and a panel of 6 General Manager short listed me by the Respected Panel and it was so impressive that I wasn been temporarily selected for this position and it was to be upgrade to GM-Comm. (who was about to retire).

General Tips: Final Meet with CEO - Mr. Satya Saha (IIT/IIM).

Simply rejected me on one question : How do you upgrade yourself nowadays.(2006).

Answer : Honestly since last six month, I was extremely busy with one of the Company in Ahmedabad, late night sitting and meetings etc. You get exhausted and at home you have to save some energy and spend with your family too. Hence said not upgraded since last six months and I was been rejected.

It taught me a lesson that simply graduating in IIM and IIT means book knowledge and your principals are not of your own but of books and other people.
Nothing is of your own, you try to be smart as you taught. Take for an example "See you on the TOP" book inspiring book does the principals apply in your life ?? No way. Hence you could extract only few things out of thousands which is quite relevant to it and could not follow foot steps.

Any how then my life took a u-turn, why not to become entrepreneur then to make entrepreneurs. I started my own plant and today I am enjoying as an Employer and One day I will see that I get a good IIT/IIM Graduate who can lead my group of companies.
