General Tips: Worst company to be employed in. I would not suggest any employable candidate to seek employment in their Indian franchisee Paulsons. I was inducted in the company with a bit of fanfare but on induction I found the place totally unworthy of making or shaping a career. The management have the least concern for employee welfare and comfort. They make you work on Sundays and the culture of the company is outright infringement in personal life space of people who are employed. The CEO, President and VPs are all for passing the buck to junior employees to save their back and hence they torture employees and break their motivation levels. They have the online platforms where people including the MD, CEO and others are present and they buzz you at 2.00am and call you for a corporate meeting at 6.00am. Logic is that, 'the mind stays fresh in the wee hours of the morning'. The HR is a puppet, leaving employees are faced with an ordeal to get dues. I have quit and happy.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first round with Head HR was a virtual interview. After a hurried interview with the Head HR which lasted only for around 16-18 minutes, there was no response from the company. There were hardly any technical HR related questions asked in the interview. I was told that I will be communicated within a few days. I waited for a week and called back the company HR who had coordinated my interview. She said there is still time and we will update you once everything is finalized. After two weeks, I again called up and asked for an update. That time it was communicated to me that my profile is not shortlisted. To this, I politely accepted their view and asked for a feedback or reason as to why I was not shortlisted without having a face-to-face interview. However, the company HR (who had co-ordinated my interview) told me that she does not have any feedback about me. She told that she will ask the Head HR and get back to me, but there was no call / feedback received. The interview felt incomplete.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They will only focus on their business and their day-to-day sale they will call you to work when you are sick saying it's a sales period time take medicine and come for work on the training they will say you guys are my heroes but in reality, they will treat you as if you are not even a human only they will say from October to December there is no pl cl and even sick leaves also if you request sick leave that will be adjusted with your week off means you can not fell sick also from October to December every good policy for corporate employees but not for retail employees such a toxic culture
