Its a company in which you also have to do field work which is also very hectic because distributors are located in different cities or urban area therefore you have to travel a lot. After Covid tobacco base industry is in major loss specially this company Godfrey phillips India ltd. It is a company working in partnership with International phillips morie basically know as marlboro which is a only good brand but automatically you have to haddle the pressure of marlboro cigratte also. They will pressure very much under any coast & force you for selling thoes brand which is not stable in a market. "Salary also very very low" according to work because in this company work starts from morning 8:00Am & end till late night because you have to collect order form distributor in any condition & place order in early morning by yourself only.

This company is non of the use. Lots of pressure, very low salary & Upper managent is completely useless they all will trap you in a net. Fist three months they will not give pressure than they will tourcher you for selling a product & harras you.

In my working time period most of the people live there job due to pressure. Company rembrushment policy is also very bad. They will also do lot of querry while giveing you TA, DA.

This company is good for working in takeing a experience of tobacco industry for 6 or 7 months only not for a futhure.
