Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1) You can not expect a same environment in each organization in same role.
2) Always go through the Job description before going to any interview and stress on those points where they have more work.
3) You can not know everything of a role. Office to office it differs. In a office a work which might be of 10% of your entire JD, in different office that 10% might be 50% of their work. So, always try to convince the interviewer on (i) You know things but may not be 100% (ii) You can deliver things.

Once interviewer gets impression that though you do not know in-depth but you can deliver then you won the bet.

All mature interviewer know that they can not get a resource with all their asks ticked. They only see if the resource has basic knowledge how it works and most importantly, if the resource can be trained.
