I applied via Naukri.com and was interviewed in Jul 2024. There was 1 interview round.

Round 1 - Screening Test

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Business Maths, Accounts, Communications, and Aptitude

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR will inform you that the test includes 25 MCQs based on Maths, Accounts, Aptitude and Communication which you have to complete within an hour. Believe me, the questions are not at all related to the JD they provided to me. There are no questions related to processing Invoices, Vendor management, Accounting Entries, Soft skills based on the required years of experience (2-5) as they stated in Naukri. It was like that I am back to my college days giving exam on 5 subjects which contains tough questions to be filled in an hour. No mate! It is not fair enough. How could you think a professional who is working 9-7 with tight deadlines and will revise all the subjects which we have done in our college days.

Even most of the MNC, Unicorns, Soonicorn, Statrup companies dont take interview like this.
