SVEC Constructions Interview Questions and Answers

Round: Test
Experience: Since there is no it boom around 70 people came for the interview. And as per my senior who is already working there said there are 7 vacant positions. So we have very tuff compilation.

As a part of the interview and to eliminate the unwanted people they have conducted

A test. The test is fully objective and consist 25 questions all are asked from the Electrical Engineering subjects and the duration is 25 minutes. Since I was preparing already for competitive exams I have written some thing. And it was stated around 10:00 am. After making corrections to all our papers they have finally come up with the test results. My friends who came with me stood in 2nd and 3rd position or Rank in that test and I was in 22nd.

The college Administration people had announced the results and asked the people those who got position 25 or more. Of course I know that they will get good score than me because I know them very well and they are toppers in our college. I was happy because I have scored some marks in the test and some what better than half of the people who came for attending the interview, at the same time feeling little nerves because I am almost at the end of qualified people in the second round.

Round: OTHER INTERVIEW
Experience: The Management of the college announced for a lunch break and said that the second round of interview will be done at 2:30pm on the same day, where we need to give a demo on one topic of our choice to the interview panel.

The college has arranged the lunch for the day in their canteen; we too went for lunch, the canteen also looking very good. We finished the lunch and came back for the second round. Since my friends got second and third positions in the test they got call for the demo and interview immediately. For each person they have taken interview around halfen hour. 

Finally my friends both one after the other came out with a smile. One was selected as associate professor in engineering college and other was selected as a lecturer in Smt B. Seetha Polytechnic . College. I have congratulated both and waiting for my turn. One of my friends left and other one is waiting for me because we need to go to the same town once interview got over.

The time is turning around its night 10:00 but still interviews were going on. I was totally vexed, till 4 more members need to go before me. Finally we came out from the campus and caught some bus and left, I still don’t know up to what time they have conducted the interview on that day. We know that if we wait beyond 10:00 there will be no buses from that place to reach my home town again. And may be due to tension I was feeling little feverish. Finally I came out little unhappy.

So that was about my first interview experience. I will never forget in my life. But at 

That time I don’t know that I will join in the same college in the next academic year

And I will fulfill my dream.
