Q1. What will be your game plan to increase the teams performance.
Ans. You can use points like. Coaching agents on their d-sats and guiding them how to handle the same situation if u face them ever again. Sharing cases and the case studies with agents, so they can understand/ and explain the issue better to the customer and creat a repo with the customer. Ans. After working for a certain time on the applications, I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience about the issues and the workflow of the application and to grow further.
