Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are going for Renewals Department think twice because after a month you will start to regret it. There won't be any holidays except Sundays. They won't pay for over time. You will be treated just like a machine. Money minded people who don't care about employees. Further more they will make fun of people if they have any disabilities regarding work. No casual leave or sick leave given even if you are working there for more than a year. No proper timing schedule even for ladies. Pathetic situation for most of the employees in the department.
