Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly they conduct a Aptitude test which is as tough as other competitive exam like banking. After that they conduct 2nd round of interview i.e. operational round which is Conducted on Zoom meeting. Where The interviewer test my both knowledge & communication skill. And he also ask me about my Project report (M.com) firstly the interviewer check my accounting knowledge in very deep. Then he give me some situations about work related i.e. how to handle in stress & when my colleague is went on leave. & Also about completing task on time. After that he question me on my project report which is I made during in my final year of M.com. i.e what r your findings & what did you learn form that. & How it does impact on society. And many more. That set. After that they conduct 3rd round of interview i.e. Hr. & After that I got my offer letter. And it's a great opportunity for me to start my career with Allstate Solutions India.
