Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never be dependent on shit firm like TCS, really had a great respect from them but after going through the interview process and listening to feedbacks from people within the organisation. Its nothing but a shit firm consuming people's blood at cheap salary. Nothing but bringing more insult to TATA.

Their HR may normal call you instead of Microsoft meet for final /Opps round instead of Manager without even keeping your resume handy they call you for interview, then reject without reason.

Really wish I would've recorded the conversation.
