Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - At my time, HR head was also new, he was good but he was not given any head level authority. He took me to Chairman and chairman said to me "We don't require what you applied for, instead we have other position can you work for it?"
Anyhow he gave me what i applied for, after that I noticed how much politics and hatred goes in this company.
Dude, the Sales Director hates people for personal reason and she is least bothered to interact with heads, let alone executives. Her main focus is "MONEY, MONEY, MONEY"
