- Ans.
Apply MF on reading when CTR 1200/1 and Analog Ammeter 125/1.
Calculate the multiplication factor (MF) using the formula MF = CTR / Ammeter rating
In this case, MF = 1200 / 125 = 9.6
Apply the MF to the reading obtained from the ammeter to get the actual current
For example, if the ammeter reading is 50, the actual current would be 50 x 9.6 = 480A
