Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I use to distribute targets according to my staffs previous performance and their strength, and along with it i take care of increasing company’s revenue.

I will be with the staff not performing well and observe why he or she isn’t performing well. Then personally i will ask him/her to come for a personal session to observe and understand the issue more clearly then i will be with him/her for a period of 15 days and during this time i will train, motivate and inspire him to boost his will.
Still if he/she will not perform as expected then i will report to this to the HR to take action.
