Experience: The Hr discussed about the salary but didn't increased. I had to accept the offer as I was jobless.
Tips: Dont negotiate with your salary. Firmly tell the HR that I want this salary and if you cannot provide the same I won't join the organization. Then the HR will increase the salary.
