Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - hello,
I am a psychotherapist/psychologist/behaviour modification therapist/counsellor. these are just the various roles and names. to start with the first question
"well it is not easy to do so, it takes a lot of patience and a lot of trust of your client on you bring the therapist-client relationship to this level where you can understand what's in their mind. hence as far as my experience says that once a therapist tries to understand the pattern to though process, behavioural action and the emotions behind it and help the client also understand by helping him/her/them/they join the dots and give them a new perspective is when as a therapist one can start un understanding what's in the client's mind. in the hine side the therapist has to give enough space and time for the client to open up about their subconscious, unconscious and conscious. these are just two pointers there are many more perspectives to this."

the next question
" once can make a safe space for someone to talk to them is by making them feel and understand that whatever they would have to share will be heard without any judgements or biases. one should try and be as empathetic as possible as and also set their boundaries right. it is important to be an active listener and non-verbally make them feel so. have an open posture, maintain eye contact and keep rephrasing to understand if you have understood the same as their perspective."
