Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There were 6 interviews in total. First was screening round with hiring manager, followed by a ppt round and then technical round 1, technical round 2, HR Manager round and then finally round with TCM (center head) . Most of the questions were around project management , people management, conflict management, leadership. All the interviewers were respectful and quite experienced in their field.
This was for PUTC Pune location

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - For me slb came through on campus placement. After one online mcq test, I got to attend 3 interviews. One technical, one hr and final management interview. In technical interview I got questions from my resume and the main expectation from their side was not very high knowledge but good attitude with basic knowledge. They expect u to explain your answers clearly and shortly. So keep your nervousness away and speak your mind.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I cleared first round (technical), then there was a coding round, then after that a GD round. I cleared that as well. Now after clearing 3 rounds, around 17 students (8 girls, 9 guys) out of 142 that applied were shortlisted for final interview including me. They only interviewed women, and ghosted all of the men. Didn't interview even a single one of us. It was so frustrating since we were there in the campus from around 10 AM in the morning, cleared 3 rounds and then they suddenly decided they had diversity hiring. Atleast tell us before hand !!
