Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't play with your career. Do not join SBI CARD. It's the most pathetic organization to work with. From AM TO TOP Management all are corrupted. You will not allowed to showcase your skill set. Eventually you will get frustrated and will be ashamed to tell anyone for whom you work coz everyone know how this company is. The department which comes under Rashmi, Monika Sethi & Sangeeta they all belong to non voice customer service these ladies are pathetic with no sound character at all. All they want is that people should clean their arses at all given time. You are always expected to stay back after the office for which you won't be paid. They expect you to do charity all the time for which you will never ever get appreciated. Within the span of 2 months in Chargeback 8 people resigned and many more are planning to leave the organization.
My suggestion and advice for the people who are willing to work with SBI CARD. Please think twice before joining. The only people who join SBI CARD have no skill set that's the reason people are sitting on the similar profile for 17 God damn years.

Think where exactly u fall before making up your mind for this pathetic organisation.
