along with the ability to steer the group to reach a conclusion.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview involved oneback-of-the-envelope analytical problem which was rather abstract.

General Tips: Prepare properly – Both for the written tests as well as the interviews.
Don’t get nervous when you don’t know something in the interview. Tell them you don’t and tell
them why you don’t know without sounding defensive. Pitch yourself. Tell them how your projects and courses have taught you about the area of work.

Skill Tips: Non-core internship is particularly helpful. Do's and Don’ts - Don't beat around the bush. Use your thinking time. Don't get stressed or nervous if you can't answer. Didn't care much about BT projects/ intern/ courses. Overall, Biotech subject knowledge required for a non-core placement is minimal; an average

General Tips: IMPORTANT - discuss your salary during interview with Feedback Infra. Clearly ask what your take home component would be. It is wrong on their part but the company first quotes a competitive CTC orally and then after your placement is done, it gives 10-15% lesser CTC on its legal letterhead, but by then you would have declined other offers, so you would not have any choice but to accept this job. They dupe students from IIMs, IITs, SPA Delhi, LSE and also lateral hires on salary aspect. Be very careful, tell them you can only accept or decline their offer after they quote salary on letterhead.
Skill Tips: Be calm
Skills: Approach towards solving problems, Basic mathematics
