Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The share market is currently in a dilapidated state. There are some teams that have produced a bit of share demand; however, there are more shares offered to customers.

Round 2 - Assignment 

Assign tasks related to crowdfunding. Discuss issues of overcrowding. Share updates about the company. Make a callback. Provide information about the share market. Manage projects related to Dell.

Round 3 - Case Study 

Case ears were shared with the customer, Dell. The salary is safe, with almost all extras included.

Round 4 - Technical

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My intervoew went excellent, but I think there was a budget issue which they didn't clarify in the beginning. Plus, I kept following up with the HR she doesn't responde. Pathetically annoying TA team. At least these people should have told me if I was not selected after the 5 rounds of interview and time wasting.

I in the beginning got really good bg from finance team that the company is good and employee oriented. My experience was way worse than that. This new "Job hai" has poor management and no ethics.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I interviewed with Meesho for a role I was excited about and completed 2 rounds successfully. However, after the interviews, I received no feedback or updates from the HR Team. Despite multiple followups via email, WhatsApp and call, there was no response - just complete silence.

Ghosting candidates after they invest time and effort into the hiring process in unprofessional and disrespectful. It reflects poorly on Meesho's hiring culture and raises questions about their values. Providing feedback, even if it's a rejection, it's a basic courtesy that candidates deserve.

The experience has left a negative impression of Meesho's professionalism. I hope they improve their hiring practices to treat candidates with the respect they deserve
