Can you believe the management doesn't let you talk with other people from different departments. This is one of many , there are plenty others. Management is full of micro managers. If you are considering a traumatized experience, then you won't be disappointed. Whatever your imagination of toxic culture is, they will surpass it with flying colors.

Am all in for good productive work, but if you as an individual are not trusted, how the hell will you bring your A game to the table.
