Nothing to like about this company. it's a living hell. They intentionally recruit freshers so that they can pay low salary. The owner is lunatic. No policy of PL, CL . If u want leave for even half day you have to ask the owner like a dog for several days. No HR is there. Most of the employees are either afraid to talk to some issue or complete spineless to raise their voice. A piece of North Korea in Kolkata you can see here.

Rating 1 Would have given negative if possible. The work culture in Ray Martin is top-notch TOXIC. We are living in the 21st century, but this office is operating in the 20th century. Can you believe the management doesn't let you talk with other people from different departments. This is just one example from many experiences , there are plenty others. Management is full of micro managers. If you are considering a traumatized experience, then you won't be disappointed. Whatever your imagination of toxic culture is, they will surpass it with flying colors. Am all in for good productive work, but if you as an individual are not trusted, how the hell will you bring your A game to the table. Management really needs to educate themselves on culture.

The environment of the work place is so friendly.. Everyone is very helpful. Company owners are very cooperative and always consulting on different matters with us. They always heard our problems and try to find out solutions..

Dislikes

Money benifit is not so good. It should be slightly higher than the present situation.
