Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Very unprofessional group of folks took interviews, first they shared the developer JD with me for manager position and told me to make sense out of it. 2 times the interviewer didn't joined the discussion and hr had to reschedule. Other 2 times they postponed the interview just 5-10 minutes before the start of discussion. It clearly tells they don't value others time.

The client manager rejected the candidature without going into technicals and gave reasons of career gap.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There are many youtube videos on answering these kind of questions. The behavioral questions which are asked in ZS interviews must be prepared beforehand. Use STAR approach for these kind of questions.

I applied via campus placement at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore and was interviewed before Sep 2021. There were 4 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The Aptitude test was mid level CAT questions. Time Constraint was the only issue in Aptitude test.

Round 2 - Case Study 

Was given with a very detailed Pharma case study and then there was 5 questions based on it. The questions consisted of quant and qualitative part. The question language was somewhat confusing for people not used to Case studies. I managed to solve all 5 correctly in an hour but people who did 3 or 4 also passed. As long as you can justify your logic and understand the part you did wrong while presenting.
