Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company is not clear and unsure about hiring towards a vacancy, have multiple options in mind (internal movement/referrals) and they keep dragging the process. Multiple levels of interview taking lot of time (more than 2months) yet no proper, professional update after the interview. Does not respect & value the time & efforts of the applicant. Do not waste your time with this company if they are not keen in completing the interview & offer process within 2weeks. They will go with the L1 candidate only, no matter how much they fake fairness. A Big NO for those who value their time!

1. React hooks qus with example and where u have used in your project.
2. Redux flow with syntax explain
3. JavaScript - filter, map, reduce, etc ecamples where we can use
4. Few scenario based questions.

----------- L2 round to difficult---------
1. LeetCode problem solving.
2. Again few logical question to solve it.
3. Compare content of 2 text file using react js.
4. Nodejs read file send response back with proper error handling.
5. Create generic component in reactjs interviewer will give any example.
6. Scenario based qus to create your code.

Withaout discussion they will send you CTC breakup with normal hike on current ctc like 20 to 30%. You need to discuss with and negotiate.
